Bill graduated from Wright State University in 1975 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Bill combined his practice with the firm in 1996. He was a partner with Stout and Duncan, Inc. from 1985 to 1995. From 1974 to 1985 he was employed by Deloitte Haskins & Sells nka Deloitte.

Bill provides a wide variety of accounting, tax and business consulting services to his clients. His primary focus is with closely held companies in the construction, real estate and manufacturing/distribution industries. He also serves our not-for-profit organization clients.

Bill is a member of the American Institute of Certified Accountants, the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Southwest Ohio Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors and the Healthcare Financial Management Association.

He is a former chair of the Board of Trustees of Goodwill/Easter Seals Miami Valley. He also serves on the Board of Trustees of Reach Out of Montgomery County, Inc., a community initiative to expand healthcare to the underserved. Bill is an active member of Church of the Cross United Methodist in Kettering, Ohio. He is a member of the Rotary Club of Dayton and the Board of Trustees of the Kettering Parks Foundation. In November 2003, Bill was elected to the Oakwood City Council. He was re-elected in November 2007.

Bill is a 1997 graduate of Leadership Ohio. Bill previously served as treasurer and member of the Board of Directors/Trustees of the Wright State University Alumni Association and the Wright State University Foundation. He is a former member of the Accountancy Board of Advisors of the Raj Soin College of Business at Wright State University.
